Range Rental Fees 2012
This member only, non profit organization/facility has several ranges available subject to availability and member approval including conventional, fixed position and target ranges.
Range capacities include:
- 50 meter range- 20 people
- 100 meter range: 23 people
- 300 meter, 15-20 shooters
Also available are 10 action shooting bays and a shot gun range (for clay targets) and an archery range.

Non Club members running commercial ventures.
All ranges are to be monitored / run by a CFR&PC RSO or a designated club representative and all persons on any particular range will follow any and all range commands given. The primary ranges are undercover which makes it suitable for use regardless of weather.
The Range recommends the following caterer though places no specific restrictions on caterers (apart from proper licensing) to the property.

Tents
The range allows tents to be erected during a sponsored event. A permit will be required for a tent on the premise and tent companies usually arranges for the permit.
The range will provide Safety Officers who have the authority to regulate the activities of the event.
Front Ranges:
$500 for each ½ range used or $750 for the whole range (ie 50, 100 or 300) per day.
Action Ranges:
$250 for each bay per day.
Shotgun Range:
$150 per day.
Clubhouse & Pavilion:
$300 per day for the clubhouse and $150 per day for the pavilion.
Tents and canopies:
If a company wishes to set up large tents on the property a fee of $50 per day or part thereof will be charged. Tents may be set up 1 day prior to the event and must be removed the day after the event. If the event is on a Saturday they will have until Monday to remove the tent.
Additional Facilities:
Port-o-lets could be rented and charged at cost if a vendor wishes.
Selling vendors:
For vendors who are selling goods at any match a flat fee of $25 per day or part thereof, paid in full in advance of any event.
Applicable to all of the above:
- Any group or company using the ranges will have $1m of insurance coverage with the club named and proof of insurance will need to be sent to the club at the time the range is booked.
- A course outline / event schedule shall be presented to the Executive Board.
- CFR&PC rules and bylaws take precedence and will be followed at all times.
- CFR&PC have a right to refuse any vendor use of the property and all reservations are subject to scheduling constraints.
- CFR&PC may arbitrarily resolve schedule conflicts based on the clubs view of the event / vendor being of the most benefit to the club and not necessarily on a first-come-first-served basis. Once a commitment has been made by CFR&PC we will do everything in it’s power to honor that commitment.
