NASGW Members Score Well in Firearms Inspections At a recent meeting with representatives of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, NASGW Board members were provided recent statistics on inspections of wholesaler member locations by ATF. The Bureau conducted over 10,500 inspections between 2008-2010, thirty six of which were firearms wholesalers (FY 2008-2010). |

California Halts Manufacturer from Prohibiting Online Retailers’ Sales for Less than MSRP Under California’s antitrust law, it is unlawful for a manufacturer to require, or agree with, a wholesaler-distributor or other reseller to resell the manufacturer’s product only at a minimum price or at a set price.
